Yield Guild Games (YGG) announced that the YGG Play Summit, noting it as the world’s largest player-focused web3 gaming event, will return on November 18 to 22, 2025, at SMX Aura in Bonifacio Global City.
The event will also stage the return of the GAM3 Awards by GAM3S.GG.
City of Play
According to the media release, the summit (http://yggplaysummit.com/) will transform the city into a cyberpunk-inspired “City of Play.”
“Through play, there are endless possibilities. People can practice a range of skills that are as relevant to video games as they are to digital jobs, they can explore new worlds, and push themselves to grow.

Dizon, Country Head of YGG Pilipinas, said the “City of Play” aims to create an “urban wonderland” in Manila where the global gaming community can come together and immerse themselves in the spirit of play.
This year’s summit will feature themed districts for players, developers, and investors to explore games, attend workshops, and compete in esports tournaments.
The YGG Play Summit is supported by sponsors including Sky Mavis, Aurory, Pixels, Parallel TCG, Vibes TCG, the Sui blockchain, Spekter Agency, DWF Labs, and Coins.ph.
The Districts
The City of Play will be divided into four themed districts:
- The Player District will serve as the main hub, offering game demos, showmatches, and merchandise from top web3 titles such as Axie Infinity, Pixels, and Aurory.
- The Degen District will highlight lighter games and casual experiences, including free-to-play versions of YGG Play titles like LOL Land, catering to players who mix gaming with activities like memecoin or perpetual trading.
- For those seeking career opportunities, the Skill District, backed by the Sui Foundation and YGG Pilipinas’ Metaversity, will provide workshops, mentorship sessions, and job-hunting activities, with participants earning credits that can be exchanged for exclusive rewards.
- Meanwhile, The Arena will host esports tournaments, including Vibes TCG and Parallel TCG. The latter returns after its 2024 debut in
GAM3 Awards
The summit will again host the GAM3 Awards by GAM3S.GG, one of the biggest international web3 gaming award ceremonies.
The awards night is scheduled for November 21 at the Samsung Hall in BGC, where top titles and creators will be recognized, including Game of the Year and Content Creator of the Year.
Launched in Manila in 2024, the GAM3 Awards drew over one million votes, 60 million impressions, and featured more than 900 nominated games.
The media release stressed that its return marks the second consecutive year that the awards will be held in-person at the YGG Play Summit.
